CardShark Content - Beatdown Bedford Crenshaw (8/4/2005)

[Editor's note: Remember, this was written and edited before 9th Edition actually released, so rarities and whatnot were still not known]

I was worried about Blue being back to its cheesy self in Kamigawa. Looks like those tranquilizers I had my penguin ninjas inject on Randy Buehler worked. This blue review of 9th Edition brought to you not just by Cardshark, but apparently Nerf as well. Remember, I’m just reviewing the new additions to the base set for blue; not all the blue cards in 9th.

Blue has permanent taking of opponent’s cards, so this is rather appropriate to add to the base set. This will keep cheesy land cards in check.

More appropriate placed in the color pie than the Dwarves, it will still see little use as blue doesn’t have the power-pumping that made the red Dwarves kind of good. This helps Ninjas which are already in play, but it’s not really worth a slot in your deck.
