Calling Shenanigans - Bradley Crouch (5/14/2008)

The central theme in the successful multiplayer decks in the playgroup of which I am a part is to play a slow, insistent deck with enough jagged edges to make it so every other player in a multiplayer game doesn't want to be the first one to be cut open. In short, they are meant to be one of those decks that promises to make anyone who messes with its player very unhappy. Examples of such decks are zombie decks with Shepherd of Rot

to pump out lethal damage after dumping many goblins on the table in one turn to power the storm. This central theme was rather flimsy and was lacking in deterring force, though it came with built in creature removal hate in the form of Shenanigans. Given that the combo left a good quarter of the deck open, this could be fixed.

Starred entries are not central to the combo in the deck, but help keep you alive. Each will be explained later.
