This deck is made for the kind of magic player who wants to have a tournament playable deck without spending much money. This deck red-green deck costs less than $15 to make. This deck is great for beginners or experts; it is deadly as long as you learn to use it. That is what I will tell you.
The deck list is as follows:

The way you win with this deck is with the biorhythm. 95% of the time you can play biorhythm by turn six because of all of the mana acceleration. You could play it on turn five if you get the goblin clearcutter on turn four. This deck is not as quick as the caller/husk deck I posted before, but it is a little more effective. Also, because you have many land destruction cards, your opponent will not have many creatures out. If they do, a shock will most likely finish them off after the biorhythm. Another good card in this deck, and probably the most expensive, is decree of annihilation. You can cycle it early to get rid all the lands, and since you played all of the land destruction spells before, they would not have many creatures out to survive, and because you have all of the mana producing creatures, you will not need your lands.
I will now explain why each card is in here:
Elvish AberrationElvish Aberration
|
 | Set: Scourge Cost: 6 Color: Green Type: Creature Sub Type: Elf Mutant Rarity: U Number: 118 Power: 4 Toughness: 5 Text: T : Add GGG to your mana pool. Forestcycling 2 |
- This card is great for mana acceleration because you can tap it to add 3 green mana to your mana pool. Also it is fairly big and is a good attacker and blocker. You can always cycle it for a forest, but it is better to play it because it really helps after you cycle the decree and it helps get to biorhythm quicker.
Wirewood ElfWirewood Elf
|
 | Set: Onslaught Cost: 2 Color: Green Type: Creature Sub Type: Elf Rarity: C Number: 301 Artist: Jerry Tiritilli Power: 1 Toughness: 2 Text: T: Add G to your mana pool. |
- This card is not as good as llanowar elves, but that is not type 2 legal anymore so this card is the best one right now. Its sole purpose is to get out biorhythm and also to have mana after you cycle decree of annihilation.
BiorhythmBiorhythm
|
 | Set: Onslaught Cost: 8 Color: Green Type: Sorcery Rarity: R Number: 247 Artist: Ron Spears Text: Each player's life total becomes the number of creatures he or she controls. |
- This card is the backbone of this deck. You should play when you know you can win. You can save a shock in your hand, play biorhythm, and then shock your opponent, which will usually kill them, if not, then you can attack with the elvish aberration.
Goblin ClearcutterGoblin Clearcutter
|
 | Set: Legions Cost: 4 Color: Red Type: Creature Sub Type: Goblin Rarity: U Number: 96 Power: 3 Toughness: 3 Text: T, Sacrifice a forest: Add three mana in any combination of red and/or green to your mana pool. |
- This is the best mana acceleration card in this deck. This card will let you get out biorhythm on turn five. The clearcutter’s ability is especially good because biorhythm has two green mana in its mana cost and you can add any combination of red and/or green mana to your mana pool.
ShockShock
|
 | Set: Classic Sixth Edition Cost: 1 Color: Red Type: Instant Rarity: C Number: 206 Artist: Randy Gallegos Text: Shock deals 2 damage to target creature or player. |
- This card is just great. 2 damage for 1 mana is excellent, 3 damage would be better but lightning bolt is type 1. It is good for finishing off your opponent after you play a biorhythm.
Decree of AnnihilationDecree of Annihilation
|
 | Set: Scourge Cost: 10 Color: Red Type: Sorcery Rarity: R Number: 85 Artist: John Avon Text: Remove all artifacts, creatures, lands, graveyards, and hands from the game. Cycling 5RR When you cycle Decree of Annihilation, destroy all lands.
|
- This card is mainly for cycling. By destroying all lands your opponents cannot play anything while you can. The only reason you would actually play this for it’s full cost is if your opponent is slaughtering you and you have no other option but to destroy pretty much everything.
Lay WasteLay Waste
|
 | Set: Urza's Saga Cost: 4 Color: Red Type: Sorcery Rarity: C Number: 201 Artist: Terese Nielsen Text: Destroy target land.Cycling 2 (You may pay 2 and discard this card from your hand to draw a card. Play this ability as an instant.) |
- This card is great for the land destruction. It may cost 1 more than stone rain, but you can also cycle it you happen to draw it when your opponent has no lands.
Misguided RageMisguided Rage
|
 | Set: Scourge Cost: 3 Color: Red Type: Sorcery Rarity: C Number: 99 Text: Target player sacrifices a permanent.
|
- In onslaught block, if you play this on turn three, your opponent will probably sacrifice a land. If they sacrifice a creature then it will only help your biorhythm so either way it is a win/win situation.
Ark of BlightArk of Blight
|
 | Set: Scourge Cost: 2 Color: Colorless Type: Artifact Rarity: U Number: 140 Text: 3 , Tap , Sacrifice Ark of Blight : Destroy target land. |
- Another land destruction card. If you haven’t noticed all ready, this deck has lots of land destruction cards so you can make sure they do not play a lot of creatures.
If you like this deck and you want to out more money into it, some good cards would be: Form of the DragonForm of the Dragon
|
 | Set: Scourge Cost: 7 Color: Red Type: Enchantment Rarity: R Number: 93 Artist: Carl Critchlow Text: At the beginning of your upkeep, Form of the Dragon deals 5 damage to target creature or player. At the end of each turn, your life total becomes 5. Creatures without flying can't attack you. |
, Wooded FoothillsWooded Foothills
|
 | Set: Onslaught Color: Land Type: Land Rarity: R Number: 330 Artist: Rob Alexander Text: T, Pay 1 life, Sacrifice Wooded Foothills: Search your library for a mountain or forest card and put it into play. Then shuffle your library. |
and StarstormStarstorm
|
 | Set: Onslaught Cost: 3 Color: Red Type: Instant Rarity: R Number: 238 Artist: David Martin Text: Starstorm deals X damage to each creature. Cycling 3 (3, Discard this card from your hand: Draw a card.) |
