CardShark Content - Kim Harvey (4/23/2002)

Well, I haven’t spent much time on reading the Judgment spoilers this week. I have spent more time working on schoolwork (I have two senior projects which are due very soon) than concentrating on Magic on recent weeks.

I have read the MTGNews.com version of the spoiler. My early take on Judgment is one of the “so called” mechanics called wishes. I expect the WISHES “mechanic” to receive errata in DCI Sanctioned play, and heavily watched in 5-Color. Some of the wishes will have a greater impact in Extended than Standard.

While what uses of the wishes possess has yet to be seen, both casual and competitive players will get to see the newer forms of Ring of Ma’ruf for the first time next month during the Judgment prerelease weekend.
