CardShark Content - Matthew Sablan (6/7/2004)

I was recently reading an article on CardShark.com by Colin Martz. I usually don't write articles, mainly because as a student I have more money invested into such writing assignments as a thesis or a paper. But I was aghast to see so many of Fifth Dawn's green cards being rated so poorly. I've decided to take several of them to show what Green's purpose is in the current environment. It is not meant to be stompie. It is meant to be support for your prominent colors.

s, you can keep the two mana for most the rest of the game. If played on an untapped land you control, the cost is suddenly only 1G, as you gain back two of the mana that went into creating the enchantment. Not only that, but Dawn's Reflection

It can get back a key card that was countered, something that is vital to your combo, a creature that you sacrifice to do something, a one-shot sorcery or instant that is about to come back again, or merely as a solid creature to fill your 3 casting cost slot.
