In the Mirrodin block, there are many different choices of decks to build. Some of them could be Tooth and Nail

, Ravager Affinity, or White Weenie, which is what I’ll be discussing in this article. Not only is this deck cheap and fun, but it works. Due to white’s low–costing soldiers and knights in Darksteel and Mirrodin, this deck is pretty fast. Turn two you could have a 4/2 First Striker, then third turn, a 4/4 that doesn’t tap to attack, then on fourth turn, a 5/3 flyer. Let’s discuss some of the white cards in the Mirrodin block.

Mirrodin:

– This card is an option in the deck. This can keep the big creatures from killing your unequipped weenies. I didn’t include it in the deck, but if you want to, go ahead. It’s an excellent choice for the deck.

– This is a bomb in this deck. I would definitely include this in the deck. This makes all equip costs 1 less, making most equipment in the block free. This way, you can spend mana without worrying about having to equip. Also, when this is equipped, almost all of your creatures in the deck benefit from it. They get +1/+1. In my deck, all of my creatures are either Soldiers or Knights, so all my creatures get +1/+1. This helps creatures like Leonin Skyhunter

– This card fits perfectly in the deck. Turn two you have a 2/2 FLYER. There are turn 2/2 drops, but you don’t see much turn two 2/2 flyer drops.

Leonin Den – Guard – This card definitely makes the cut without question. Two mana for a 1/3, when it’s equipped it gets +1+1 and attacking doesn’t cause it to tap. There’s a blocker right there.

There isn’t much in Fifth Dawn that could go in this deck.
