Some of the decks in yugioh require 3 items

One of these is the classic Exodia deck another can also possibly be Yata-Garatsu and finally Beatdown. But if you are looking for a cheap quick easy to build deck…

THIS DECK MAY NOT BE FOR YOU. This deck may burn a hole in your pocket but think about the future. You could go to a couple tournaments and win cash/prizes with a supreme, fast, killing machine that takes your opponents and rips their deck to pieces.

3 Gemini Elf
3 Mechanical Chaser
1 Jinzo
1 Witch of the Black Forest
3 Summoned Skull
1 Injection Fairy Lily
1 Cyber Jar
1 Winged Dragon of Ra
1 Beast of Talwar
1 Dark Elf
2 Gearfried the Iron Knight

1 Pot of Greed
1 Swords of Revealing Light
1 Monster Reborn
1 Change of Heart
1 Raigeki
1 Premature Burial
2 Axe of Despair
1 Mage Power
1 United We Stand
1 Harpie’s Feather Duster
1 Graceful Charity

1 Mirror Force
2 Bottomless Trap Hole
1 Call of the Haunted
3 Magic Jammer
2 Seven Tools of the Bandit
1 Michizure

After your blood pressure returns to normal we can move on to the reason why the cards are in the deck

Gemini Elf- Nice 4 star with excellent attack

Mechanical Chaser- Refer to Gemini Elf (Note: Due to high prices on this card you may substitute it out for a La Jinn Mystical Genie of the Lamp)

Jinzo- Standard trap prevention and not such a bad attack either

Witch of the Black Forest- Good to get a strong attacker such as Gemini Elf or Summoned Skull into your hand when you need to take out an opposing creature

Summoned Skull- One of the strongest 6 star monsters out there

Injection Fairy Lily- Good to get in that final blow to wipe out your enemy

Cyber Jar- Awesome way to get out some tough guys while you watch what stuff opponent pulls

Winged Dragon of Ra- Also another lets end this game already card

Beast of Talwar- Summoned Skull’s cousin

Dark Elf- Great card for early game when opponent has no creatures

Gearfried the Iron Knight- Keep opposing equipment off of you

Pot of Greed- Draw two cards (how can you say no to that?)

Swords of Revealing Light- Stop your opponent from attacking for three turns whilst you can still attack (how can you say no to that?)

Monster Reborn- Get a monster from either graveyard onto your side of the field (how can you say no to that?)

Change of Heart- Take an opposing monster for a turn. You can even sack it for Jinzo or something (how can you say no to that?)

Raigeki- Destroy all opponent’s monsters on field to clear the way for your attackers (how can you say no to that?)

Premature Burial- Get a monster of yours back onto field (the attack position doesn’t really matter because this is Beatdown)

Axe of Despair- Pump your monster by 1000 points for a big hit (imagine a 4400 attack Injection Fairy Lily

Mage Power- With two axes, a mage power, and united we stand those are some big monsters

United We Stand- After a Cyber Jar blows up this could be a game winner

Harpie’s Feather Duster- Clear your opponents trap and magic zones (no mirror force from them for that turn)

Mirror Force- Do I have to spell it out for you?

Bottomless Trap Hole- Stop a creature from coming out that might end the game for you

Call of the Haunted- Bring back a monster from the grave (the attack position doesn’t really matter because this is Beatdown)

Magic Jammer- Help stop your opponents Raigeki and Swords of Revealing Light

Seven Tools of the Bandit- Prevent opponent’s Mirror Force before you have Jinzo out

Michizure- Kind of like a delayed Bottomless Trap Hole

Exodia (75%-25%)
This should be a fairly easy matchup if you can just get your punches in there fast enough you should have no problem.

Yata-Garatsu (30%-70%)
This deck could prove to be more a problem. You are going to have to be lightning fast to stop Yata-Garatsu. Your main mission is to just attack, stall them with swords, and all that jazz. So try and stop Yata from hitting say with mirror force (seems kind of like overkill but don’t worry about it.

Warrior (50%-50%)
These two decks are pretty even though if your opponent gets through with Raigeki you could be headed for trouble. The trouble against warriors are they come out very rapidly especially with marauding captain and they keep hitting you until you die. Against them just keep Jinzo off the field before you can crack off mirror to kill 3 or more creatures.

After that you’ll just be fine.
Until my next article (if that’s ever) I might try to convince you into Turbo-Exodia.
