Since the beginning of Magic, White Weenie has been an extremely powerful archetype. Back in the days of Armageddon

, WW was an extremely powerful decktype. Nowadays, WW is slightly weaker, but still extremely powerful. Here is an example of a purely aggressive WW deck....

lands:

16 plains
4 blinkmoth nexus

creatures:

4 samurai of the pale curtain
4 savannah lions
4 isamaru, hound of konda
4 suntail hawk
4 lantern kami
4 leonin skyhunter

spells:

4 glorious anthem
4 raise the alarm
4 mask of memory
4 sword of fire and ice

sideboard:

4 wrath of god
2 karma
2 ivory mask
2 auriok champion
2 worship
3 bonesplitter

Now, before I get 100 emails about the quality of the deck, let me explain. As a purely aggressive deck, white weenie is decent, but NOT at its prime. The only equipment I run are swords of fire and ice for sheer power and card drawing, and mask of memory for card-drawing. Against a control deck, the bonesplitters come out of the sideboard and add more brute aggression to this deck. Karma

s, ivory masks, and auriok champions fight off against the mono black control matchup. The worship+ samurai of the pale curtain combo will decimate any affinity deck.

As stated before, white weenie works better when it has some control elements to back it up. So, without further ado, the slightly more controllish version of white weenie...

lands:

19 plains
1 eiganjo castle

creatures:

3 eight and a half tails
3 auriok champions
4 savannah lions
4 isamaru, hound of konda
4 leonin skyhunter
2 suntail hawk
2 lantern kami
4 samurai of the pale curtain

spells:

4 reciprocate
4 ghostly prison
3 otherwordly journey
3 mask of memory

sideboard:

4 wrath of god
3 karma
3 ivory mask
3 worship
2 sword of fire and ice

This is a much more effective bulild. You control the early game and finish big. The sideboard is there to pick off mono black control and affinity. This deck is reliable enough and should do amazing the second and third game. Against tooth and nail, the deck needs to outrace the opponent, but 8.5 tails all but nullifies the dreaded Triskeloin/ Mephidross Vampire

combo.

White weenie's versatility is also present in its ability to splash colors. Some examples could be...

Black- nezumi cutthroats and nezumi shortfangs

Blue- curiosity, spiketail hatchling

Green- predator's strike, might of oaks

Red: Hearth kamis, Electrostatic bolts, Shock

Remember, the only limitation to white weenie is the mana curve. Stick to the curve and the deck will rip out the hearts of today's most dominant archetypes.
