-This card is a reprint. So, it is pretty cool in that respect, but the card lacks power in both limited and constructed. In constructed players simply will have better options; i.e. blowing up the troublesome artifact. -In constructed, I would highly doubt this seeing play, but it would possibly be a useful sideboard card against Control decks (although there are far better options). In limited, like almost all rares it can potentially take over the game. However, the problem with this guy is that your opponent has quite a few options, but late game he could be a backbreaker unless your opponent has a mana-dump.

In constructed the versatility this card brings will make it playable. Not to mention every deck now days will likely need answers to troublesome artifacts.

-This card is a bruiser, but will likely see very little constructed play. However, if the beast deck is revived it could possibly sneak into there, but then again there are better alternatives. Trample makes it partially useful in limited, and while being at high casting cost (5), this guys power/toughness ratio is pretty solid.

-Interesting. Cool tribal card. Both of those are phrases that could be used to describe this gal. But, playability? It is certainly playable in both limited and constructed, but in the latter there may be some better competition. However, I could see this card sneaking into a two to three slot in the constructed versions of the Elf deck. First Strike and overall versatility make her pretty useful in limited.

-First off, I really like the Entwine cards. They are for the most part pretty decent effects on their own, but when cast with entwine they are bombs. However, the casting cost make this card unplayable in constructed. In limited though, this guy is probably a decent late (8-11) pick. But, beware sometimes he will just stick in your hands so putting more than 1 into a limited deck is not suggested.

-This guy is just a big slow dummy. While being untargetable is cool, 7 mana for a ground-pounder with no evasion is simply too much. Not to mention being an 8/8 there are very few effects that could kill him outright even if he wasn't untargettable. Limited or constructed this guy is bad.

-This card is definitely fun. I do not see it getting played a whole lot. But, the fact that it is an early drop and has trample makes it a possibility. -This guy has a nice ability. However, any type of investment that would raise his power enough to make him useful is too much. I would rather swing with fatties than tap them for mana. In short, this guy is cool, but not really useful.

's ancestor is very good, and even better with the artifact heavy set it came with. At worst a 2/2 for 3 mana, with a great ability. This makes him a good buy in limited and constructed.

-Again I like this cards ability. But, 7 mana is just too high for it to be terribly good. I would not take this card higher than 12th pick. Constructed is not really conducive to 7 casting cost men that do not win the game.

Well that wraps up Mirrodin green. Not really much to say other than for this color to be playable the following sets in this block will have to bring some pretty strong cards. Stay away from it in limited, and constructed worthy most of the cards are not

Well thats about it green is playable, have fun with Mirrodin!!!!
