Jackalope herd. Pretty good card. Underrated? Some players may try to utilize its sheer power, but has anyone actually been serious about it? Well maybe players should take this card a little more seriously lest they be trampled by a herd of Jackalope. Now, since one of my favorite things to do in Magic is find use out of pretty much otherwise useless cards, I chose this one. How could I maximize its effectiveness? By replaying it as much as possible, of course! Now, a good idea is to combine it with a card like Wrath of God or Cataclysm, but you know what? That's been done. I was thinking....how about we throw in some Urza's Incubator so it costs less, then have some Pandemoniums or Furious Assaults in play? Perfect...but how to pull it off? Hmmm...its obviously going to need green...we need fast green mana...hmmm...How about some elves?! Perfect, we put as many elves as possible into play and have Urza's Incubator and Emerald Medallions in play so we can keep recasting it for 4 damage for each Pandemonium in play and 1 damage for each furious assault.

Okay, first I beleive I have addressed the Jackalope Herd's usefulness a bit, so I'll move on to Urza's Incubator. If you need to, use Helm of Awakening...otherwise you're better off with the Incubator. Here's an example of the Incubator's potential: You have a Jackalope Herd in play and one in your hand. You also have 5 elves and 2 Incubators and a Pandemonium. Your opponent is at 20 life. You cast a Herd for G by tapping an elf. It deals 4 damage to your opponent then the first Herd goes back to your hand. Cast the original Herd, by tapping another elf, returning the other herd to your hand and dealing 4 damage again. Lather, rinse, repeat... So easy a baby could do it. Don't overlook any cards in here because almost every card is key.
Wordly Tutor helps you that extra inch. Bad shuffle makes it so you can't find your Herds? Use a Tutor! It also helps you fetch your Fyndhorn Elder, for that extra mana. It may set you back a turn drawing wise, but you get a shuffle, so for 1 green you get to choose the top card of your deck AND a free shuffle. Not to mention the card you get is a creature.
Heart Warden gives you the draw when you need that Herd and perhaps just fetched it via your Tutor. Or just a draw.
Furious Assault is a bit weak, but adds to the damage dealt in the long run.
Pandemonium is great and even greater in multiple forms. 2 Pandemoniums = 8 damage for 4 mana (Herd), 3 Pandemoniums = 12 damage for 4 mana, and so on, plus these prices can be reduced because of your extremely effective Medallions and Incubators.
Basically all the elves serve the same purpose: Mana. So there's not too much I can say about them.
Well that's the deck and remember, you heard it here first.
