I have to admit that the Destiny Heros aren't very strong, but their effects make them superb. Destiny Hero-Captain Tenacious and Destiny Hero-Fear Monger are good for keeping a monster on your side of the field at all times. Destiny Hero-Doom Lord can buy you some time to get some of the strong monsters out like Destiny Hero-Dogma, Dasher, or Plasma. Destiny Hero-Double Dude can attack twice and you get two double dude tokens with his effect, 'nuff said. Dunker and Diamond Dude send cards to the graveyard at your opponent's expense. Destiny Hero-Dreadmaster is one of the best. He gets attack equal to all of the destiny heroes on your side of the field, and if you use Clock Tower Prison's effect, you can special summon 2 from your graveyard (I suggest Dasher). E-Hero Stratos and Ocean you can bring any D-Hero (or E-Hero) to your hand.
Most of the Spell cards are very basic, but stuff like Clock Tower Prison are Destiny Hero specific. With Clock Tower Prison, you put one clock counter on during your opponent's standby phase and after it has four on it and is destroyed, you can special summon Destiny Hero-Dreadmaster. Weapon Change is in here for Destiny Hero-Defender. The same thing applies to the traps, but D-Shield is my favorite for its effect.
