- How do I send money?
CardShark uses PayPal for all money transfers. www.PayPal.com is the best
and safest way to transfer your money on the Internet. You can transfer
your money from a bank to your PayPal account. You can also use a credit
card with your PayPal account (American Express, Visa, Master Card,
Discover). After you have transferred money to your PayPal account, you can
buy from CardShark.
- Does PayPal service my country?
To see if PayPal services your country, click here and look for your
country.
- Do I need a PayPal account to use CardShark?
Yes. You must register with PayPal prior to registering with CardShark.
Please make sure that your PayPal email address is the same email address
you use with CardShark.
- Sometimes I will search for a card and there are many sellers selling
the card. But when I click "add to cart" I am asked to sign in. After I
sign in, the sellers disappear. Why does this happen?
Not all sellers are authorized to sell outside of the US. CardShark has
chosen the best sellers to sell to countries outside of the US. With so
many security concerns, we want to use only reliable sellers. These sellers
are rated #1 and will ship your order quickly.
- How will I know that a seller received my order?
Once you make a purchase on CardShark, an email is sent to the seller. The
seller will confirm the order in 3 days. You, the buyer, will receive an
email saying that the seller has confirmed your order. If you do not
receive a confirmation email, you can cancel the order and receive a refund.
Go to My Account and click the link "A seller has not confirmed my order."
- What do I do if I do not receive my order?
Please allow for 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you do not receive your order in this timeframe, please open a customer serivce ticket.
Please note: Your package may also be waiting at your local customs office. Be sure to contact them first.
Note that there may be a customs tax levied on your package. Neither CardShark nor your seller are responsible for fees levied by a foreign government.
- All prices listed on CardShark are in US Dollars ($).
- I live outside of the US. Can I become a seller on CardShark?
Non-US can only sell Magic Online virtual cards. However, some countries PayPal will not allow CardShark to send payments to. Refer to
PayPal Worldwide for more information.
- How can I find cards that are not in English?
Go to "Buy." Select a set (Apocalypse, Invasion, etc.). Check off the box
"Show only Foreign cards." Any card listed for sale that is not in English
will be noted in the Notes section.
- Who pays for shipping?
You, the buyer, pays for shipping. Shipping is calculated by CardShark and
is included in your Shopping Cart. Orders are sent either Airmail Parcel
Post or Global Priority Mail based on which is cheaper.
