| International Shipping Guidelines and Allowances for Sellers |
Our goal is to provide an environment where buyers and sellers are confident with their transactions and trust that
reasonable measures are taken to ensure safe, happy, and speedy shipping.
We provide a shipping allowance to all sellers to help defer the cost of packaging & shipping items.
On average, the shipping and handling allowance we provide is sufficient to cover the cost
of shipping the majority of items that are sold on CardShark. However, with the changing requirements of many countries shipping regulations,
the cost of packing & mailing may differ from reimbursed amount. Please contact Live Support if there is a significant discrepancy on your order.

All items must be shipped via International First Class.
Please DO NOT ship via Surface Mail overseas - it can take up to two months for the package to arrive!
You do not need to fill out a customs form unless you declare:
- stated value under $400 and country deems it dutable
- stated value over $400 and dutable requires another form that must go inside the package
Be aware that if you mark the customs label as "merchandise" (vs. "gift"), mark business (instead of personal) mail,
and/or state a value over about $50 (threshold varies by region),
your buyer may have to pay a customs fee to recieve their order.
Packages with due fees will be held by customs who may or may not notify the recipeint until they come to ask about it.

Want to insure the package? You should be aware that insuring international shipments is a pricey business. And, the USPS does not allow insurance to all countries either. For example, a 1 1/2 lb package to London can be Global Priority Flat-rate mailed for around $5. But, you can't get insurance on it. For around $20, you can ship parcel post and then are allowed to buy insurance on this package. So, the choice is yours. If you are mailing a high dollar order, and want to insure it, contact your buyer and discuss.

Scenario: 3 cards sold
print out your confirmation page
put 3 cards in a soft sleeve
put sleeve in a top loader
misc use of tape (tape top loader shut, put additional tape on enevelope if required)
wrap top loader in confirmation page and put in small office or manilla envelope
seal envelope and add a stamp

Scenario: 7 cards sold
print out your confirmation page
put 3 cards in a soft sleeve
put 3 cards in a soft sleeve
put 1 card in a soft sleeve
put sleeves in 2 top loaders (you can fit 3 cards in a soft sleave in each top loader)
tape top loaders together with the third sleeve in between (use this trick for any large qty of cards... 2 top loaders with 6 cards and the rest is taped in between)
wrap top loader in confirmation page and put in small office or manilla envelope
seal envelope and add postage

| NOTE We strongly recommend the use of top loaders, padded envelopes, bubble wrap, and/or hard cardboard to package your
items as this is extremely effective in reducing the chances of damage during shipping.
Use sound judgement and care when packaging - remember, ship these cards as you would have shipped unto you!

If any items received by the buyer are damaged, the buyer can open a claim with CardShark.
CardShark customer service will handle all disputes, and reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any user
we feel may be exploiting this issue or acting in a fraudulent manner. We are not responsible for items that are
lost in the mail or damaged by the postal service. We recommend that the shipper include insurance and delivery
confirmation on large orders to protect themselves from possible chargebacks. PayPal also provides fraud protection
which may be called upon in certain instances.
