CardShark customer service will handle all disputes, and reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any user we feel may be exploiting this issue or acting in a fraudulent manner. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail or damaged by the postal service. We recommend that the shipper include insurance and delivery confirmation on large orders to protect themselves from possible chargebacks. PayPal also provides fraud protection which may be called upon in certain instances.
