BANNED LIST:
Any cards in Portal, Portal 2, Starter, or Unglued not reprinted in the basic sets are banned. Gold border cards can only be used as proxies. Also, ante, collector's edition (square cut), and the World Champion 1996 cards are not allowed.
Specific Card Errata:
Channel
Remove Channel from game: Until end of turn you may add colorless man to your mana pool at the lost of 1 life per one mana. Effects that redirect or prevent damage cannot be used to counter this loss of life. You may spend mo more than 5 life in this way.

0: Chosen player re-rolls as though they were the controller, they may choose a new target player
1: No effect
2-7: Touches up to one card of controller's choice
8: Touches up to two cards
9: Touches up to three cards
Touched cards are not targeted, touched cards are of controller's choice on chosen player's side of table.
Falling Star
Chose target player and roll a D10 (this card is not flipped)
0: Chosen player re-rolls as though they were the caster, they may choose a new target player
1: No effect
2-7: Touches up to one creature
8: Touches up to two creatures
9: Touches up to three creatures
Touched creatures are of caster's choice on chosen player's side of table. Falling star does three damage to each creature that it touches. Any creatures damaged by a falling star that are not destroyed become tapped.
