The CardShark Premium Seller Programs are awarded to sellers based on selling volume, positive customer feedback, and current selling activity. These programs qualify sellers for many benefits, including special promotion as a preferred seller on CardShark, faster pay dates, options to sell to non-US buyers, and lesser commission fees from CardShark.
Great Whites 
Our premium level seller. Great White status is attained by our top sellers who sell at higher volumes, have a great selling history, and a proven track record with customers. Seller criteria:
- At least 500 sales
- 4.9 or higher rating
- Stellar feedback
- Minimal or no customer service tickets
- At least 30 sales a month
- Active seller for at least 3 months
- Hand-picked based on their top-notch customer service relationship
The rewards:
- Great White Shark icon gives these sellers a preferred membership label. CardShark buyers will recognize these members as top-notch sellers who won't disappoint.
- 1.5% discount on regular transaction fees (Instead of 15%, now 13.5%)
- Most frequent payment schedule*
- Ability to sell to non-US buyers.
- Automatically paid for open customer service ticket as long as you have responded to them.

Hammerheads 
A good track record, good customer feedback, and a steady business qualify sellers for Hammerhead. Seller criteria:
- At least 200 sales
- 4.8 or higher rating
- Great feedback
- Minimal or no customer service tickets
- At least 10 sales a month
- Active seller for at least 3 months
The rewards:
- Hammerhead Shark icon gives these sellers a preferred membership label. CardShark buyers will recognize these members as great sellers who won't disappoint.
- .5% discount on regular transaction fees (Instead of 15%, now 14.5%)
- More frequent payment schedule*
- Ability to sell to non-US buyers.
- Automatically paid for open customer service ticket as long as you have responded to them.

Landsharks 
Used to be called "best new sellers", these folks have a good selling history but not the volume and / or steady sales required for Great White and Hammerhead benefits. Seller criteria:
- At least 50 sales
- 4.8 or higher rating
- Promising feedback
- Minimal or no customer service tickets
- At least 5 sales a month
- Active seller for at least 3 months
- Landshark Shark icon gives these sellers a preferred membership label. CardShark buyers will recognize these members as good sellers.
- More frequent payment schedule*
- Automatically paid for open customer service ticket as long as you have responded to them.

Standard
All others are initially considered standard level sellers. As they
accumulate feedback ratings and history with our system they may be advanced to higher seller
levels. Feel free to buy from these sellers as they
are trying hard to prove themselves and move up to the next level.
