| Shipping Guidelines and Allowances for Sellers |
Our goal is to provide an environment where buyers and sellers are confident with their transactions and trust that
reasonable measures are taken to ensure safe, happy, and speedy shipping.
We provide a shipping allowance to all sellers to help defer the cost of shipping items.
On average, the shipping and handling allowance we provide is sufficient to cover the cost
of shipping the majority of items that are sold on CardShark.
If you are shipping to a Non-US address, view our international shipping guidelines.
All items must be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (see chart below).
We heavily recommend the use of top loaders, padded envelopes, bubble wrap, and/or hard cardboard to package your
items as they are extremely effective in reducing the chances of damage during shipping.
Use sound judgement and care when packaging - remember, ship these cards as you would have shipped unto you!
Here's a few tips on how to effectively package your items for maximum safety and still meet or exceed
our shipping allowances:

.58 - seal envelope and add $.41 + .17 (surcharge) in USPS stamps

If any items received by the buyer are damaged, the buyer can open a claim with CardShark.
CardShark customer service will handle all disputes, and reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any user
we feel may be exploiting shipping policies or acting in a fraudulent manner. We are not responsible for items that are
lost in the mail or damaged by the postal service. We recommend that the shipper include insurance and delivery
confirmation on large orders to protect themselves from possible chargebacks. PayPal also provides fraud protection
which may be called upon in certain instances.
Your package may not include any of the following:
- Promotional or other commercial materials that are not provided or approved by CardShark.
- Promotion of another site or invitation to the buyer to visit a site other than CardShark.
- Marketing or advertising material: catalogs, business cards, and business reply cards.
- Materials that are not directly related to the goods which are being shipped and/or provided or approved by CardShark.
